Much can be learned by watching a variety of competent, skillful masters using EFT successfully. You will notice the nuances: how did he or she get to the core issue, what testing did they do, what were the EFT techniques used most often, did they miss anything, what would you have done differently? These DVDs do assume the viewer is at least familiar with EFT, the points, the basic techniques.

Your experience in watching the EFT Masters at work will be enhanced if you have read and understand:

The Basic Manual – free and downloadable from www.emofree.com. The EFT Tutorial series on emofree.com – this tutorial is very helpful in understanding basic EFT concepts. We especially love and recommend the Personal Peace Procedure and the Movie Technique.We also recommend that you become familiar with at least some of Gary’s DVD video sets.

Our two favorites for newbies are: The Basic Course – the foundational set for learning EFT. Get results using EFT after the first DVD and then tap along with numerous examples and sessions. Borrowing Benefits – one of the most popular of the video sets - located in the Intermediate Library. While this set does not focus on ‘teaching’ EFT it is one of the most helpful of the videos in addressing your own issues. This is one of the most wonderful ways to practice EFT while ‘Borrowing Benefits’ for your own issues. Indeed, one of the most wonderful ways to learn EFT is while ‘Borrowing Benefits’ by tapping along with any of Gary Craig’s DVD Sets.
