The Basic Course – the foundational set for learning EFT. Get results using EFT after the first DVD and then tap along with numerous examples and sessions.

Borrowing Benefits – one of the most popular of the video sets. While this set does not focus on ‘teaching’ EFT it is one of the most helpful of the videos in addressing your own issues. This is one of the most wonderful ways to practice EFT while ‘Borrowing Benefits’ for your own issues.
