Payment
* Guests will pay direct to hotel for all room and other expenses.
* Guests will be required to provide a valid credit card at the time of reservation in order to 'hold' their booking - this credit card will not be charged prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy
A 72 hours cancellation policy will be in place. Should a guest cancel their booking with a property 72 hours or less before their check-in date then they will be charged one nights accommodation.

Should a guest cancel their booking within a 24 hours prior to their check-in then they will be charged the full amount of their accommodation that was booked.
