The formal Showcase hours will run from 9AM to 5PM the first two days and from 9AM to 3:30PM the last day. Room will open and registration will start at 7:45 am please be sure to arrive by at least 8:45 am to sign your release and disclosure form and pick up your name badge and handouts. You will have to sign and date the form AT the Showcase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your attendance by September 25 for a $35 administration fee.

Cancellations made from September 26 to October 11 will be charged a $75 administration fee.

Cancellations October 11will be charged half of the registration fee.

To cancel your registration, please email EMTCancel@252services.com and list

1. the city you are registered for
2. the email address you registered with
3. a line that says you understand there is an administration fee that will be deducted

You will receive a cancellation verification email when your fee has been credited back to the credit card you used to pay for the workshop.
