When Gary Craig decided to establish an EFT Master Program he asked Ann Adams, LCSW, to assist in developing and running the program. She coordinating the five EFT Master Showcases in Denver, Dallas, Boston, Sydney Australia and Los Angeles. The EFT Master Videos were professionally filmed and edited from those showcases. Each video is a treasure trove of useful information and ideas.
Ann has been an avid user of EFT since 1999. She has conducted many workshops on EFT, both independently and at various professional conferences. Ann was featured on Gary Craig’s EFT DVD set Specialty Series One discussing the use of EFT with Children. She shared her administrative expertise also on the video set when talking about Introducing EFT to Institutional Settings. Gary no longer has these videos for sale. However, you can get a transcript of these talks at
Ann was part of the group that helped develop the EFT workshop guidelines and is the author of EFT4PowerPoint, which is a comprehensive, professional looking and complete EFT training program to assist you in training others. The program gives you confidence as a presenter and closely followed the EFT Manual and tutorials with added information from EFT International. This program was recommended by Gary Craig during the time he published workshop guidelines. Indeed, in the first version of the EFT4PowerPoint program, he literally edited each word of each slide!
Gary later changed his mind about publishing the workshop guidelines and having an EFT Master program. Neither are now available. The guidelines, however, are still being used, and expanded to cover client safety and ethics by certification bodies like EFTInternational.com.

As director of the EFT Masters Program Ann had the honor of helping certify highly experienced and talented EFT practitioners in the world. Ann is retired as licensed clinical social worker and EFT trainer. She currently only teaches EFT introductory classes in her home town. She decided to “bloom where she is planted.” Ann had 42 years in clinical and administrative roles in the mental health field.
Ann holds a master of social work degree from the University of Georgia. She began her career working for the State of Georgia as a clinician for the very first Community Mental Health Center in Georgia. In her 26 years with the state of Georgia she was responsible for supervising clinicians, opening up satellite clinics, adult and children residential programs and group homes, and independent living programs. She developed a children’s outpatient program which the state used as a model. She developed training programs for staff, developed policies and procedures and oversaw the quality assurance program and the accreditation preparation for the 400 staff center.
Ann retired from the mental health center after 26 years in 1999 but went to work again for six years as campus director of a residential treatment program for troubled children. She was responsible for all program operations. During this time she learned about EFT and began using the technique with the children. She wrote articles for Gary’s newsletter, attended 13 of his live workshops, developed the EFT4PowerPoint training package to save others many hours of planning time, co authored the three books: EFT Level 1 (2 and 3) Comprehensive Training Resources which are recommended (in one training program required) for all serious EFT students.
